Application Procedure

Step 1: Download the Application Form and complete all sections.

Step 2: Fax the following documents to the nearest WLE Office and complete all sections.
  1. Completed Application Form.
  2. Copy of your passport (personal details and photo page).
  3. Copy of payment of non-refundable Application Fee (bank receipt or check).
  4. Copies of certificate, degree or diploma.
  5. Copies of teaching qualifications, certificates or written references (if available).
  6. Resume (one page).
Step 3: Mail the above documents along with 6 recent passport size photos to the nearest WLE Office. Within 5 days of receiving the complete application, our program advisors will confirm that the documents are received.

Step 4: Receive a phone interview with the Director of Studies. Within 14 days of receiving your Application, arrangements will be made for a suitable time and date for a short telephone interview.

Step 5: Successful applicants will be offered a teaching placement, and will be sent the Teaching Agreement, which outlines the terms and condition of the placement, including teaching location, remuneration, and other benefits.

Step 6: To accept the teaching placement and enroll in the program, you will need to:
  1. Sign the Teaching Agreement
  2. Pay the Registration fee
Step 7: Fax or mail the following documents to the nearest WLE Office.
  1. Enrollment Form (first page)
  2. Copy of payment of Registration Fee (bank receipt or check)

Within 5 days of receiving the Teaching Agreement our program advisors will confirm your placement.
